Where do I begin. I've been in construction a long time and all across the country. This is THE worst engineering firm I've ever experienced. The only reason they got one star is because I had to check something. Kathy sends the invoice to the wrong company, then stops services for non-payment. Once I got the invoice, it was paid within 5 days. Both Nathan and Kathy are non responsive with their communications...unanswered emails and phone messages. Nathan designed a pool addition that could not pass county planning; he designed permanent structures in an easement and setback areas, both of which the county rejected. It took almost 2 years for the design/re-design to be approved. Nathan did a site visit, I emailed him for a summary, no response. A very unprofessional experience.
