This is the most unprofessional "business" I have encountered. This man cut down my tree, claimed his chain broke, had my child pay him in full (I was unaware and my husband spoke to him) and left. Then nothing. There is a tree laying in my yard killing my grass. My husband and I contacted him multiple times, during which he would give us some excuse and then promise to be there the next day. He never returned. I've had to hire a new company and pay them to clean up his mess. When I text him demanding a partial refund he laughed and told me "No. Bye-bye". I am disgusted by his behavior. DO NOT USE THIS MAN and take this as a lesson to never pay until the job is complete.
