Buono & Associates are landlords at their worst. We arrived at our new home to find the rental completely filthy. The floors were black with dirt, the counters hadn't even been wiped down, and there were animal droppings in the cabinets. There was filth and spills all over the walls and doors. When we asked to have someone come out and clean it for us, Buono refused. He said it had already been cleaned and we were just picky. It was disgusting!
