Thatcher’s Barbeque and Grille was started in April 2010 by Melanie and John Thatcher.
We slow smoke our pork, ribs, chicken and brisket to maximum tenderness using our natural wood fired smoker (not automatic computerized gas) like the big boys use. We do it the hard way which does make a difference in the taste of our meat. On the menu you will see “Mel Made” written on many of the side items.
