Assistance League's Thrift House has a wide diversity of loyal patrons and an increasingly larger number of new patrons annually. Revenue generated at this popular "go-to" shopping venue provides the large majority of funds that support its nine programs serving citizens-in-need in the Greater Austin area for four decades. From Operation School Bell (clothing school children in need of appropriate school attire) to Toy Cart (serving patients and young guests at Dell Children's Medical Center) to Scholarships (supporting Austin Community College students) to Bus With Us (hosting scenic bus trips for seniors) to Fresh Start (serving foster youth), Assistance League reaches out to a diverse population to address need-based quality of life issues and challenges.
