Soon after purchasing land to build our home, we searched for a dependable company to clear our property of its dense bushes and rugged lava terrain. We first met with Hursley and was instantly impressed with his vast knowledge and reputable experience, here and Alaska. He was familiar with Fern Acres and noted he would take extra needed time and work to do the job right. So we chose to clear/grade 2 of 4 acres with Alani Bulldozing. As he opened up the land, he worked tirelessly and his dedication to his work never ceases to amaze us. He has done more than we expected and created a site that stops cars along their drive, just to view with awe. He has made suggestions to best work with the land and we adjusted the placement of our house to now get a view of Mauna Kea. His connections and recommendations for contractors, subcontractors, building and tools have alleviated much of the headaches that come with building a home. His expertise is 2nd to none. We recently added on an additional clearing of the perimeter for the remaining acreage and we are so thankful with all of his amazing work. He has created an awesome and solid foundation for our dream home and we are ever grateful. My husband and I would highly recommend Alani Bulldozing to anyone that wants to build their future too!
