Texas State licensed certified in therapeutic optometry and an optometric glaucoma specialist, Dr. De La Cruz’s training and experience allow him to diagnose, treat, and manage or co-manage all eye conditions. He works closely with local eye specialists and surgeons in order to help guide his patients to the best care in the Laredo area. Dr. De La Cruz is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and the Border Optometric Society.
