They always get my fuel to me the next day, even in winter. I really appreciate their service - drivers seem well informed and update me to any tank issues. Just want to say thanks

Not good. My father bought oil off of you since Hays Oil was bought out by you people. He never had an issue at all. I ordered oil from you today. Your driver was very rude about the setup we have and said if we didnt fix it you wouldnt deliver again. My father never had an issue with the placement and access to the fill tube which happens to be in the garage. Never been a problem. My tanks hold 550 gallons and were empty. I ordered 300 gallons so I knew they wouldnt overflow. This guy that delivered has one job, to put the nozzle in the fill tube and pump in the fuel. He bitched about it and said if we didnt fix it, you would never deliver again. Well as far as I am concerned he was right, you will never deliver here again and you just lost my business. Just tell this driver to his damn job. Stick the nozzle in the tube and pump in what I ordered. I will be getting my oil elsewhere from now on because I do not tolerate rudenesss!
