We had an appointment between 12 noon and 3 p.m. for Simple Solutions to come to my home and give me an estimate on installing an Exhaust Fan over my stove. As of 5:10 p.m. I still had nobody show up and absolutely no contact from Simple Solutions. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. If this is the way Simple Solutions treats a customer with a simple estimate, I wonder how horrible their customer service is after the installation. There will be an additional review posted tomorrow and it will be predicated on whether or not I am contacted about their deliberate disregard for their customers, and how that conversation is conducted overall.
