My daughter hates her hair and won't leave her room and keeps a hoodie on during Zoom classes.. It was done by Pepper/Rachel Przepiora. I had sent her photos of my daughters hair and the blonde she wanted prior. More like 50 shades of orange. She started at 12:30 pm and we went home at 9:30pm and she still didn't finish. And I'm really upset because now she want to charge me extra on top of the $454 we already paid her, to finish her job. I don't think Pepper/ Rachel has done this before and I don't appreciate her using my daughter as a guinea pig.
