This is the 2nd item from Fed Ex Romeoville, il. that said my package was delivered. It was not! After looking online to find Fed Ex customer service number, speaking with person that answered phone and questioned where package was, he replied it is still on truck! I asked why it states it was delivered and told him what a hassle and concern to try to locate a missing package and then to be told they say delivered but was not! Keep in mind this is the 2nd time Romeoville, Il. Fed Ex has done this to me. He could not give me an answer as to why they scan a package delivered, but don't in fact deliver until you call or it comes the next day! This is aggrivating, when you think you have a missing package! I hate FED EX!!!!!!!
