Our mailbox key had stopped working and we were told by USPS that we had to get a locksmith to complete the job. I filled out a request on several websites and within an hour Gainesville Locksmith had emailed me back with a quote for the job to be done. I emailed them back saying I would love to use their service and told them I was available today. They called me back within the half hour and said they could come out in an hour to replace my mailbox keys. Less than an hour later he showed up, explained that he was going to make sure it wasn't something he could fix first then would replace the lock if needed. 20 minutes later he was finished and handed me two new keys.
