We were scheduled to have our microwave delivered between the hours of 4-6pm, so we re-arranged our work schedules to accommodate the delivery to be home just after 2pm, just in case they arrived early. However, we received one telephone message at 9am stating that if we did not return their phone call "immediately", that they would not deliver our microwave. When we called the company, the gentleman (if you can call him that) was extremely rude. He stated that they had called our home multiple times (which he did not), and that there was no way that we had a delivery time scheduled between 4-6 because the schedule was created that day. He wanted to know with whom I spoke to because he wanted to figure out who he needed to fire (unnecessary to say to a customer). Furthermore, when I tried to reschedule with him, he stated that he was cancelling our order and hung up on us. Avoid this company at all costs!!
