Dr. Mark Carney received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse in 1989. He completed his General Surgery internship and Otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He went on to work as attending surgeon at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and served as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Miami. Dr. Carney was selected as one of the "Top Doctors in Miami" by Miami Metro magazine, November, 1999. Dr. Carney is Board Certified in Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He has special expertise in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, voice problems, and Head and Neck Cancer Surgery.

Dr. Dorothy Chau received her medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. After completing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine Dr. Chau went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Chau is the recipient of many distinctive awards and grants for research including the Sigma Xi Research Grant and the National Institute of Health Research Fellowship Grant. She has authored numerous articles in the medical literature and has lectured at several local and national meetings. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the New York Allergy Society. Dr. Chau sees both pediatric and adult patients for evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of allergic disorders, with a special interest in food allergy, urticaria, and immunodeficiency. Dr. Chau speaks fluent Chinese.

Anthony Paul Vastola, MD, FACS graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Molecular Biology and went on to receive his Medical Degree from the Boston University School of Medicine where he was on The National Deans List. He completed his residency at both the NY Hospital—Cornell Medical Center for General Surgery and at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital for Otolaryngology. He then pursued a Fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Baylor College of Medicine—Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Vastola has authored numerous presentations and publications on topics related to Pediatric Otolaryngology and has also provided his skills and expertise to multiple Medical Missions overseas. He is board-certified in Medicine by the State of New York and by the American Board of Otolaryngology. A seasoned ENT, Dr. Vastola joins ENTA from Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he served as the Director of Pediatric Otolaryngology, as well as from SUNY-HSCB and the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
