TTI Atlanta works with a diverse national client base using highly validated, time tested assessment tools. Established in 1985, TTI Atlanta works with a diverse national client base using highly validated, time tested assessment tools to hire, manage, develop and retain a businesses’ most valuable resource – their employees. Selection – Staff Development – Leadership - Communication Workshops – Conflict Resolution – Emotional Intelligence – Behaviors – Motivators – Personal Skills – Acumen - Competencies TTI’s Behavior & Motivators assessment reports identify two distinctive aspects that work in conjunction with each other to provide specific insights into what drives a person to do what they do and the behaviors the person prefers to use to complete the tasks required at their job each day. Understanding “HOW” a person will act when they come to work and “WHY” they are motivated to do their job will help companies match an employee’s “Hard Skills” and “Soft Skills” to the Job’s Requirements in order to achieve maximum productivity, job satisfaction, retention and superior employee performance.
