I have been using Emily's for some time. But I started noticing they were terrible at keeping their schedule. In the past, they've made me wait an hour an hour and a half two hours etc. What bothers me the most is I have to chase them. I never get a call or an update about them being late. And often times I get excuses like I confused you with another client.I forgot to call you back family emergency etc. I manage properties and this is a well paying client they stood me up for today. And after reviewing my text up to and through last year i've decided no more. I definitely would not recommend this company. They are not professional in any way shape or form. Today it was supposed to be 1 and its now almost three It's too bad because it's not the cleaning ladies.It's the operator and she's going to tank the business.If she continues to run it like this.
