We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The "manager" was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran. My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.
