Terrible experience. This guy came and pumped my septic tank, and a week later it was full again. I am not a septic professional, but I don't know of any way that 1,500 gallons of poop can appear out of thin air. When I called him and he came over, he wanted to charge me to pump it again. We explained to him that he obviously never drained it all the first time, and he told us it was "not his problem". We asked him for his license number, and he quickly fast walked to his pickup truck, saying he had his license number in his truck. When he got there, he got in his car and started it. I asked him if he was refusing to give me his business license number, and he said "I don't need a license to pump, do I?" I said "well yeah, in california you do..." than he responded "well, you can find everything you need on my website. all around septic" at this point, with me and my dad standing next to his car, he jumps out of his car and starts walking up to us saying " oh, so now its 2 on 1 now huh?" and throws something in the back of his truck, takes a few aggressive steps towards us, as if to fight us, my dad tells him if he steps passed the sidewalk he is calling the cops. He got in and drove off, and my dad hit his truck with his cane as he drove off. I would say my dad mad a mistake, but honestly, trying to fight an old man using a cane? are you serious? This guy has some serious mental issues, and now i see, he has no website. Scam artist.
