My boyfriend called Chiz cab on New Years Eve. He had to go to work. The person that answered the phone said that the cab would be to get him in 20 minutes. We wait about 30 to 45 minutes and the cab didn't show up. Brian called back and ask the lady . "I called a cab like 30 mins ago and was seeing how much longer it would be because I have to go to work. The lady got rude and then they never showed up or called back. This is very unprofessional they shouldn't be rude to people on the phone especially when someone tells them that they have to be a work at a certain time and especially when they tell you they're going to be there in 20 minutes and don't show up for 30 minutes to a couple hours or not at all they need to get their stuff together and stop being so rude
