Absolute horrible service. They said 1-2 hours, dropped off our dog at 1230 didn't get him until after 5! We specifically told them NOT to use clippers. They used clippers and his coat is now matted, uneven, and looks awful. They did not clip all his nails, hard to imagine they couldn't do this since they had him for almost 5 hours! Any place they clipped with scissors was left uneven. Bottom line is over $30 and 5 hours later (they stated it would take 1-2) he came out looking WORSE than he did when we dropped him off. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets. They suck! I will also be contacting the BBB and doing a negative review there, Angie's list, Google and everywhere else I can. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!
