My husband called this business wanting to etch a large amount of glass chunks. Being unsure of the product outcome, he was worried about ordering the large amount necessary. The owner was generous enough to send a sample. We ended up not doing the project at all (not because of the product), but we were impressed with the honesty and quick shipping of the product sample.
