They do not measure before they pop a hole in your ceiling for recessed lighting. (Also, one of them is falling out of the ceiling). The lighting rows they installed were extremely crooked. They came back and did one round of repairs and we were out the $ for additional drywall repairs. It would not have taken much effort or planning to align them from the beginning. If straight lines are something you value, I cannot recommend Done Right. I have been trying to live with the rest of their work for months and I cannot. The recessed lighting in our kitchen is off and doesn't allow for a center light over the island. The walkway lights also do not alight with our dining room. I wish I could upload pictures.
