I looked up this place and It was the biggest mistake. Even though they were near my home; I regret calling this so called plumber. Worst customer service I've had in the area!!! Don't waste your air, Nancy the receptionist smoker needs it. Nancy, with a smokers voice is unaware that a few minutes means a few like 3-5 minutes not 3 to 5 hours. I'm unsure of how this business has even stayed on business since they don't call back or hang up on you. The guy spent one second here and did what he was worth; nothing. In this day and time; you'd think that customer service and prompt response would be important or something to strive for. This place strives for nothing and that's what I would give them but I can't give 0 stars. Never have I been treated so poorly by a company; especially when I am a paying customer. I guess money and business don't matter to this company. They lack everything!! Quality service, quality people, and intelligence are things this company will never have. If you want to wait a year for a call back and then 2 years for the plumber to show; this is the company for you!! Awful should be the name instead. Stay far away from this business!!!!! They define poor customer service, they are incompetent, and I will continue to make everyone aware of this horrible business that can't even return a phone call. Stay away!!! They are the worst plumbers ever.
