Open since 2001, ABBA has redefined dining on Cape Cod. Israeli chef/co-owner Erez Pinhas' take on modern Israeli cuisine draws on the far-flung influences of the Israeli people and the bountiful culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, and makes expert use of the Cape's outstanding ocean bounty. His sous-chef, a Thai native well-versed in European cuisine, adds a Far-Eastern note, and the resultant cuisine is at once original and wonderful. Pinhas' business partner, Christina Bratberg, maintains an excellent wine and cocktail program, and oversees a stylish and gracious experience in her well-staffed dining room.
