Dr. Heuer’s medically supervised weight loss program is designed to provide treatment, assistance and support to patients who are suffering from obesity and other weight-related problems (Heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and Type II diabetes ). Dr.Heuer serves patients throughout the tri-state and metropolitan New York area including Rockland County NY, Westchester County NY, Orange County NY, and Bergen County, New Jersey. The physician supervised program includes the individual management of obesity with diet, exercise, behavioral therapy, and psychological counseling. In certain cases, medication for weight loss (pharmacotherapy) may be used.
