I don't recommend working for this company. I worked at the Brookpark, Ohio location and reported directly to the manager Anne Bushman. The interview went great but once I was hired from the very first day I was talked down to by Anne Bushman. She also talked down to the rest of my colleagues. My colleagues expressed to me that was her personality. It was made very clear in my first week to not speak to Anne Bushman unless spoken too. The training for the position was nonexistent. Anne micromanaged everyone to the point of which screen we had our work displayed on (right vs left computer screen). When I asked questions to further educate myself for the job. I was told by Anne to don't and just listen to who was training me. There was no rhyme or reason to the training. I was thrown to my colleagues to train me but Anne never directed a specific trainer. Therefore I was to sit at my desk until one of my colleagues wasn't to busy to train me. I would express to my colleagues DAILY that I had no work to do after 1pm every day during so called training so if someone could show me anything to because I was bored out of my mind. I had coworkers express to me that they felt bad for me and that they also agreed the training was horrible. They expressed they were to busy to train me throughout the entire day because of their full workload. I did witness that my colleagues were really busy but I still expressed wouldn't it be easier if I got trained so I can help out with their work load. I don't blame them at all because when my colleagues did train me Anne would micromanage while sitting in her office yelling out she doesn't need to learn that part. It became apparent this work environment was very miserable only due to working under Anne Bushman. I asked my employees how they can stand to work in such a hostile work environment because of Anne Bushman and I was told that they just let her talk down to them and then they talk about her behind her back. That they feel better knowing it's not a one on one thing with her against one person that she's hostile to everyone so that made feel better knowing she was the problem, not them.
