this man talked to me n my 13 yr old like dogs trying to get our belongings he sicked dogs on us my son was so scared he ran to the vehicle and locked the doors this could have easily went another way talked about me horribly to my child tried to tear up the vehicle slammed the doors of the vehicle for all he knew i could want my vehicle back and he slammed it so hard the windows could have shattered telling us our time up to get off his property b/c i can't pay my bills kicking a woman down i have video footage of him shamming us no one should ever use this horrible company for anything maxx credit union uses this company and the adjuster john grimes is just as horrible as this company they hire out i only had a few more months of paying for this car and he would not even give me a amount owed so it wouldn't even get to this point he told me i should just turn my vehicle in b/c he wasn't concerned with getting the payment he wanted the vehicle so he could sell it for way more b/c he knew i had in actuality BEEN paid the market value of the vehicle anything else would be a win they will not be in business long treating poor people like they do this .company is at 5080 longview rd elmore very raciest individual please do not do any business with this man he is a very sick individual to do this to people and he needs to be exsposed STOP doing business with sick individuals that will try and tear you down to build themselves up no human kind I'm quite sure this is not his 1st time doing this to people b/c he was too comfortable with his choice of words but i can assure you that i will take this higher. should no one have to go through no mess like this in a time their vehicle is already getting repossessed to add insult to injury how could he sleep at night to degrade people value and character based off of their temporary circumstances shameful
