I had the worst experience with this company. They rose a lot of suspicious activity and concerns to me. You can find my full review on all other major websites. --- My conclusion with how they are pushing their clients to pay the most fees possible at move in, pushing the 500 pet deposit, untold 250 risk deposit and after reading the reviews about them, i can only think that this business is using RENT DEPOSIT (which is illegal) money to use in house needs, like fixes, they own salaries and other sketch illegal activities. They are not professionals, at the office they will allow their dog to be running around you or jumping on you lap. They are DISHONEST people !!! Make sure you ask for ALL the fees that could may be applied through the application process so you have NO surprises!
