Dr. Pettes is a graduate of the University of TN Medical School in Memphis, TN. She completed her family medicine residency at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Her focus during residency was on women's health and obstetrics, and she spent a great deal of time working closely with obstetricians in Chattanooga as well as the Regional Obstetrical Consultants. She developed the skills and expertise to perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
