I had broken down about 10 miles out of Amarillo, I wasn't sure what was wrong but my car wouldn't start, I called Rapid Taxi, he came to pick me up but asked me if I would like for him to see if he could start my car before we headed back, I agreed, seems it was just a bad connection on the battery. He cleaned the cable up and tightened it back on
So even know my car started he still insisted to follow me back all the way to the west side of Amarillo to make sure I made it okay,
Now that's Genuine Customer Service there , he did not need to do that since my car started up
