Allen's had my mower for over 6 weeks, charged over $1200 and the belt came off after using it for less than 10 minutes. They refused to accept responsibility or make this problem that they caused right. The reason the belt came off is because Allen's installed the main drive belt tensioner wrong. They were unprofessional and rude when informed of their mistake. Please do not use this company, there are many other (better) options!! Don't get ripped off like I did!

They refused to accept responsibility or make this problem that they caused right. The reason the belt came off is because Allen's installed the main drive belt tensioner wrong. They were unprofessional and rude when informed of their mistake. Please do not use this company, there are many other (better) options!! Don't get ripped off like I did!

we took 7 pieces of equipment in there to be fixed. Of the 7, 4 of them were not fixed and or had additional damages. We took our mower in to be serviced, spent 700 dollars on it, the radiator was not damaged when we took it in there. When we got it home and started it up it over heated. Checked the radiator and it was bone dry. Added water and it leaked right out. The owner came out refused to repair it. I even offered to split the difference and pay half of the cost and he flat out refused. He got loud with me and I was seriously scared for my safety. I gave it one star because I had to to post this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF THERE.
