I buy my pool supplies from AquaSupercenter.com just like a actual customer. I do this without telling ANYONE in our company and use made up names to test our software, our customer experience, our communication, etc. I can say not every order has went *perfect* - BUT, the issues were resolved ASAP. (I’m a perfectionist and demand the best for customers so when I say this, it may mean a day delay in communication where I had to login to see order status or something not a big deal (but its a big deal to us as 60% of Aqua Supercenter business is repeat business - profit-wise, repeat purchases = 80% of the profit.... So we are focused on making our experience last with the customers)
