David Williams, the principal, is a cherry picker. David came to my home in Mt. Pleasant on June 8th to review a project which I have to install new LED lighting in my kitchen area and to replace the lighting over my carport. He promised to get back with me with both a cost estimate and date on which to perform the work. He never called back. I have made numerous calls to his phone over the past seven (7) weeks and left messages each time. He never answers his phone and has yet to return any of my calls. I can only guess that the job was too small for him. David needs to practice good business etiquette and return potential customer's calls. To leave a customer hanging is unprofessional, not good business.
