I had the unpleasant experience of returning home in one of their wheelchair vans. It was filthy, stunk of old cigarettes and was ridiculously loud! The van has been in use since I was working and I haven't worked since 2014 and the van was old then. Not only that, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them for a return pick up. I waited just under 2 hours.I hope I'm never forced to travel that way again.
