To whomever it may concern about the problems in the town of Andrews water and sewer, I paid over a year ago for a sewer tap at 503 east cherry st. I went to the office numerous of times hoping to get help because the wrong size was put in and it was to high for me to connect to ; I also needed a 4"but was given a 3" instead and they refused to come back and correct it. I also left numerous of messages to speak to the mayor also but I was only able to speak with the secretary. I asked her to have him call me back but I haven't heard anything back and that was 6 months ago. I find it very unethical that I'm being ignored by the town of Andrews. In the last month my water bill has increased, due to an error by the water company. I also paid twelve hundred dollars for a sewer tap. No one seems to be responding to these errors that were made.
