Jahanzeb "Jay" Shaikh, MD, board certified in both Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, earned his medical degree at Baqai Medical University in 2007. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in 2023, as well as a fellowship in Geriatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in 2024. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2025. Dr. Shaikh provides compassionate primary care to adults, with his clinical interests centering on geriatric medicine. He provides well checks and immunizations to help his patients stay healthy. Dr. Shaikh also diagnoses and treats acute illness, such as viral infections and injuries, and manages chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Chanh Nguyen, MD, is an internist who specializes in caring for adults with complex health conditions including diabetes, weight management, osteoporosis and hypertension. He speaks English and Vietnamese and began practicing medicine in Conroe in 2008. Dr. Nguyen earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. When away from the office, he enjoys jogging, rollerblading, camping and volunteering.
