Had new AC unit installed in 2017 using AHS by Rite Temp AC. Had problems every year since. A tech from AHS came to service my AC and said they cannot continue because they found a place where it was installed incorrectly. Called Rite Temp, they arrived, said rats chewed through cord was the problem. Said, themostat was broke, and "other guys did not know what they were talking about."
