GMG Architects LLC GMG Architects is a small, personalized residential architecture and construction management firm offering the highest quality professional services whether you are in a historic district, suburban neighborhood or an urban loft. Our passion is working with residential clients to help them achieve their goals for improving their property through a transparent, comprehensive and collaborative design and construction process. Our process starts with listening to your needs followed by an assessment to determine the potential for your property. With this information in hand we prepare a comprehensive strategy that considers your design and performance expectations for each project --- big, small or the whole property. During the design and construction of your project we endeavor to achieve a balance between fulfilling your design vision, leveraging related home performance/maintenance opportunities and the practicalities of construction. Our design and construction teams are tailored to individual projects and clients. In addition to the client our partners often include home performance specialists, landscape designers, interior designers, suppliers and skilled contractors. All of these professionals are pre-selected for their knowledge, experience and problem-solving skills with issues like aging-in-place, energy performance, constructability, color coordination, material selection, kitchen/bath design, etc. Throughout the design and construction process our team is driven to deliver as perfect a project as possible while maintaining the right balance of form, function and budget. Whether you are planning a future project, dreaming of a new home, renovating a historic home, remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, or your entire home, or simply taking on a home improvement project (i.e. replacing windows, doors, siding, roofing, furnace, etc), call on us to maximize the benefit of your investment.
