Horrible. I have been trying to reach Daniel Barbosa, my sales consultant, repeatedly vie his cell phone and I continue to receive his voice mail with no consideration of returning my call. In May of 2016, Daniel and his Dad and Uncle came to re grout my porcelain tile and repair cracks by drilling small holes into the loose tiles and filling with glue. He had told me I had a one year guarantee. I have been trying to reach him since November. The loose tiles continue to be loose and the grout is coming out in chunks. No return call. Paid over $1,500.00 and the money literally went through the cracks of the grout!!
