Ellis Properties is a family-owned and -operated community of apartments in Lubbock centrally located between Texas Tech University and Lubbock Christian University, and just minutes from University Medical Center, Covenant Medical Center, and Covenant Lakeside. We are not a huge, impersonal corporate entity, but rather a friendly, accommodating small business now in its third generation of Ellis family ownership. Our property is called the Maplewood Apartments, and is a two-story building located at 2607 Slide Road, consisting of spacious one- and two-bedroom flats.
