They were really excited to do business . How ever they installed the system the way they wanted it . I told them how I would like it done . They didn't listen . I have sprinkler heads behind shrubs where the yard isn't hardly getting any water . Also the flower beds the sprinkler heads are sticking out 3 inches or more . I asked them if they would freeze like that . They said no and if they did that they were covered by the 5 year warranty . Well sure enough two of them must have frozen over the winter and cracked them . Water is spewing out when the system comes on for that section . I've called Sergio twice and both times he said he would come fix it . That was early this spring in 2022 and it's mid June and I have not heard or seen from him . What good is a 5 year warranty if you can't back it up . Paid really good money for installation and pretty dis-appointed ......
