Been waiting 2 months to get our centraL unit Put in. He is a contractor for American Home Shield www.ahs.com. Keith kept saying he was waiting on equipment from American Home Shield. It s getting cold outside we have small kids that stay with us. So we finally found out from home shield the equipment was coming in soon so American Home shield call a Keith there at Valley construction, & he is refusing to move forward with our installation of our new unit. Guess he don’t care the temp are getting down into the thirty’s at night & guess he don’t need to make money either. Worst service ever. Would not recommend.
