If your a reputable general contractor don't bother hiring them. They will lie to you and hire sub contractors who don't speak English and do shotty work. They don't attend job site meetings and come up with Evey excuse in the book.

These guys are stuck in the 1980's and can't keep up with a changing industry. Inter office communication is terrible and there is a big problem with cronyism and nepotism. People there like to cover their butts and won't take responsibility for their mistakes. I was sold a bill of goods to come work there and after I started there, I found out that they don't even have a computer network or CRM software.They can't deliver on the work they have and haven't turned a profit in years. I gave them some good advice on how to turn things around and was promptly ignored and then blamed for their existing problems. These guys are bad news.
