Ecosystem is an award-winning, independent and ISO-certified firm of energy efficiency professionals operating in Canada and the U.S. Over the last 20 years, our firm has focused exclusively on the integrated delivery of high-performance buildings that are worth more, cost less and have appealing, healthy spaces. On average, our self-funding deep energy retrofits reduce energy consumption by 31%, and we always guarantee our results.
Each project is designed, implemented and optimized by an in-house multidisciplinary team of energy savings experts, design engineers, construction managers, incentive specialists, performance monitoring and verification professionals, and technical instructors. Client stakeholders are fully integrated into our project teams, a highly collaborative approach that optimizes results, creates more value for the owner and maximizes efficiencies.
INTEGRATED WHOLE-BUILDING APPROACH
Ecosystem studies building energy infrastructures as a whole, looking at all systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, etc.) to see how they interact and how they could generate, distribute and use energy at peak efficiency. This “deeper” approach generates significantly higher savings and value, and provides attractive opportunities to renew critical assets and improve occupant comfort.
PUSHING PERFORMANCE-BASED COMPENSATION FURTHER
Ecosystem guarantees all project energy savings, costs and third-party subsidies. In addition, we are compensated based on the money we save, not spend, on a project. Ecosystem takes on the risk of our ambitious savings targets because we are deeply committed to exceeding expectations and, above all, aligning our interests with our clients’ for our mutual reward.
