They take from me $805 FOR NOTHING!
Mr.Don told me that the apartment is not ready yet and they need to make a contract, so I agreed. They asked me in the contract a deposit of $3900 and I agreed!
I paid $205 as an application fee and $600 as a part of the deposit fee. They should have given me the key a week after I paid but they didn't give it to me until now. Later I called them, Mr.Don and Normandy properties, several times to return my money back but they keep procrastinating me.
