Tim came out to the house to look at our tile job and said he would send a proposal over shortly. I waited a week and no proposal. When I tried to contact him about it he would not take my calls or answer texts. Very unprofessional. A word of advice - do what you say you are going to do and have the stones to talk to your customers even if it is just to tell them you are no longer interested. Common courtesy. And seemingly common business sense.
