Black Bear Clock Repair took care of my Grandfather Clock as well as my sister's cuckoo clock and my brother's two grandfather clocks. An absolutely wonderful job was done on all of the above. i highly recommend this place to get your coo coo clock fixed. she knows what she is doing. she has been in business for 27 years and she is very good at what she does. i took mine in cause it quite working all together. not only did she fix it she told me all about it. how to clean,maintain,operate and what it was worth. her prices are very reasonable. it took mine a month to fix and she called to let me know how much and how long it was going to be before she fixed it. my coo coo was my moms who has past away and i was very nervous about taking it to a place i didn't know. joanie thank you so much for fixing it and taking care of it while it was out of site.

I am an avid clock collector and enthusiast. I found out about Joanie, the Clock Lady, from a Vender at the Highlands Festival in Abington Virginia. My dad had left me a Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos clock which doesn't get wound or plugged in but is the closest thing to perpetual and is very hard to find anyone to work on. I drove quite a distance to have Joanie work on that clock for me and I see now why a man in Virginia recommended someone who was so far away, he said she was worth it. Joanie has now repaired about a dozen or more of my clocks. She gives free estimates and sticks to them no matter how much extra work she finds the clock may need. I don't bother her timeframe wise when she has them for I know she calls when it's done. She stands behind her guarantee for sure. She has several of my clocks right now - so I highly recommend her.
