I refuse to do business with Capitol Wrecker in the future and encourage other landlords to consider not dealing with them to protect your renters!!! I am a resident at Magnolia Grove apartment complex and had tried to call them three times last night just to get an unauthorized vehicle to be towed out of the carport that I paid for. The car is still here in the morning. The police is unable to do anything because this is a private property so I am very upset. The same car has parked under not only mine but other carports as well especially during night time. What is the point of me paying for that carport in the first place if the towing company is incompetent? The issue is going to be escalated to the manager of the complex FYI!
