Jeff and his team were flawless until we had an issue with the GM Jeff Henke that is too ridiculous to even mention. Had it not been for the owner stepping in (who has asked not to be named in this article); I would be writing a negative review even though we had a fast and quickly city approved roof installation quicker than any other contractor in the state could provide. The person who lost his job over our issue Jeff Henke is a scam artist and now works for a variety of other companies. Thankfully the owner at Great Western was deliberate and did more than expected to make things right over an issue that was troubling but he definitely went above and beyond for us. I think thats why they have stayed in business for so long. Although this project was in 2016, I was glad to leave this review at Gregs request because he was truly an unforgettable business owner whom we will always refer. Thankyou Great Western. PS. Brad says you guys impressed on the Taco Bell contract we referred you and that you guys are getting them all. I'd say throw me a bone on that referral but you have already made our family so happy I hope this review reaches you. Thanks! SR
