I would like to personally thank you for visiting our listing in Manta. As CEO, I take pride in the quality of workmanship we provide our customers. That is the reason you will still catch me out in the field from time to time, making sure everything runs smoothly. Customers are our top priority, and will always come first. I chose to pursue the fitness market, as it’s the driving force for a daily active life. After my first interaction with a customer who had just bought their first piece of fitness equipment, I was hooked. This is not your everyday shopper who buys just to buy. When a customer buys a piece of fitness equipment, it’s for a greater purpose, whether it’s a personal achievement, to obtain a healthier lifestyle, or to train a group of people for all of the above. Everyone is winning. Like the good mentor Tony Robbins said, “Surround yourself with people you want to be most active with.” In our first year of business, we actively provided service in a four state area. Then we obtained five more contracts throughout our coverage area in MT, WY, ND and SD. Our quick growth did not mean a sacrifice of excellent customer service; we maintained a high customer rating feedback according to the BBB and our clients’ customer service surveys. In just 15 months of business, we spread our coverage area from four states to 10, providing service for customers such as Dicks Sporting Goods and ICON, all the way to New York State. Now, going into our 4th year of business, we currently provide service to over 100 customers a week from Washington State to New York State. We are excited for what the future holds and ready to conquer any challenge come forth. Separation is in the preparation!
